We make the pre-production sample and send photos first, then the physical sample for approval. Colour is matched against a Pantone card you sign off.
After sample approval and deposit, the run goes to the line with an in-line inspection point. Stock colourways need only 3–7 days preparation.
Final inspection against the approved sample, carton marking per your instruction, then sea freight.

Purpose: prove the fabric, the fit and the finish before committing to bulk. Nothing is cut in volume until you have approved a physical sample.
Purpose: repeat the approved sample at volume with consistent quality, packed to your carton instructions.
Waterproofing is decided at the seam, not at the fabric roll — so the checks sit where the risk actually is.
Fabric, coating, zips, threads and reflective tape checked against the approved specification before the run is released to the line.
Seam sealing, stitch density and waterproof tape application are inspected during sewing, not after — defects are caught at the station that caused them.
Every finished piece checked against the approved pre-production sample: measurement, colour, hardware, print position.
Count, size assortment, care label and carton marks verified before the container is loaded.
