How quickly will I get a reply?
Within 24 hours on working days. Brazil is 11 hours behind Beijing, so enquiries sent in the Brazilian afternoon are answered before your next morning.
Do you have a minimum order?
MOQ is 500 sets per colourway on all seven models, with mixed sizes allowed inside a run — SN-102B packs 20 sets per carton. Custom colour, logo or packaging also start from 500 sets.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Tell us the model and your market and we arrange a pre-production sample.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Spanish and Portuguese. The site mirrors all three languages so your team can read the specifications in their own language.
